Welcome to The Fishermans Arms, Hotel Accommodation & Restaurant at Baycliff, Cumbria

Bought by Andrea and Ian Kelly, Hoteliers for more than 20 years, in July 2011, the Hotel re-opened on the 31st October after a complete refurbishment.
It has six en-suite bedrooms, restaurant/function room, bar and tap room with informal eating areas and a relaxing snug

Bar :

This large room with its handcrafted 1930s style oak bar as its centrepiece, is ideal for more informal dining.

The old tap room/games room has been transformed into a vibrant eating area for up to 35 guests.

Restaurant : This light and airy room with comfortable leather chairs and sympathetic décor provides a unique relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy lunch or dinner.
Our restaurant seats up to 50 guests, and we can personally cater for small groups and parties.

Snug : This gentleman’s club style room with its Chesterfield sofa and armchairs creates an atmosphere perfect for a coffee and chat.

A Passion for Food

Our Chefs are passionate about their food. They prepare seasonal dishes using the finest, fresh, local ingredients.
Our menu, which changes with the seasons, caters for those who may just want a light bite, to those who want a traditional three course meal.
We also provide Sunday lunch, always Roast Sirloin of Beef, plus another Roast.

Be aware that our menus change on a regular basis and only our menu and special board within the premises are up to date and accurate.

Accommodation

All of our six rooms are named after local villages, with lovely views across Morecambe Bay and the village countryside. Each room has high quality fittings and designer fabrics, complemented with solid oak furniture. They have flat screen TVs, free wi-fi access and refreshment facilities.
